Operation: Eca needs a Kidney!

The Mission:

For those familiar of the Channel/Community/Space, the name Ecaroh should be very familiar, if not apparent in most cases to most of you, if not all of you. For those who are not acquainted, I welcome you to know Eca as Horace, quite so my longest-known friend of over 20+ years. And yes, we've had so many told-you-so, don't-talk-to-me, you're-dumb moments. But some how we always come back around.Back in October of 2021, Ecaroh was diagnosed with first-wave COVID, where he was hospitalized for nearly a month for the following raspatory and the lot. During this time just before he was able to be released, he got in contact with another infection within the hospital, leading to what would inevitability turn into kidney failure. Since then, he has been back and forth from the hospital with back to back life-threatening diagnoses; with just recently (August, 2025) having nearly died to heart complications from all previous illness.He has been struggling for four, going on five years now, and professionals in the doctor field remind him that this will continue for bare minimum 9 years more due to the unorthodox methods of Kidney Transplant waitlist rulings. I, Perih, am no doctor, do not understand most, and can only take the notions I am given to sympathize. But I know for certain, as much as we meme and joke about Eca being half-dead all the time in streams, 9 more years of needle prodding and life scares is not what I'd wish on anyone.So - came the idea of what if: How does one try to help find a Kidney Donor via media transaction? I may not have a large-scale community, but at the very least - I wanted to try, despite how insane of a request it may be. Ecaroh has mentioned that the time could be exponentially expedited if he comes across a dedicated donor to his name, and he's recently been enrolled in the Organ Swap program, meaning even if it's not a direct donor it can be of assistance. So here we are, this November, seeing if such a person exist that'd be willing to save a life.

How to Participate:

Supporting is as easy as sharing a link, donating $5 or even raiding the Twitch channel and sharing your community for a brief few minutes. Every little bit of support is appreciated, and as such, I've created a small point system so that everyone who supports during this time has the chance to receive some means of token of appreciation.These points will be tracked to the best of my ability at the end of the week as November plays out, and will be treated as tickets to be raffled into some of the appreciation gifts at the end of the streamathon.

For fellow Content Creators, we know time is something we are extremely scarce with - and thus, offer ways to support without needing to be around directly. With Twitch's UI and OBS's activity tracker, I am able to track raids and channel shoutouts with ease.For those within the community, simply watching/lurking the streams is a huge help on its' own. But subbing to the channel and using channel points for daily check ins is also a way to rack up some points and showing your support.Those outside of the community or those who are more of a social flavor, spreading awareness is also a huge help! While I will have posts in very few areas as I am not as media-inclined, retweeting, reblogging, reposting or original posting with the Carrd Link attached is also a way to gather points. If you post on a different media (i.e. Instagram, Facebook), all you need to do is direct message me a link to the post so I can mark it down (anything with any real-life names, please screenshot and edit out any information you're uncomfortable with before granting me vision I beg). While I will be able to track Twitch, StreamElements and Ko-Fi on my own, the GoFundMe will be something I will manually have to check over time.
